the room was clean and tidy with great facilities. the location was great, near transport links. friendly staff were always available and helpful. i found the water pressure in the shower good.
the floor creaked a lot. it was very noisy when someone walked around. i also found the tram outside quite loud

the room was bigger then expected. my room had a good kitchenette included microwave. it also included fridge and sink and I was surprised by it. the location is very great, a few minutes walking to a station with buses and trains.
the tv makes noise. i just had to unplug it.

i found the staff very friendly. the location was great because it was just across from heuston station. taking the bus to the airport was easy from there. i was also able to leave my bags without any problems.
the rooms seemed to lack proper soundproofing, and i could hear a lot of noise from outside. with the tram right outside the window, sleeping comfortably was difficult. it was either quiet and hot or noisy with the window open.
