convenient and clean stay
great facility friendly staff
the room was clean and tidy with great facilities. the location was great, near transport links. friendly staff were always available and helpful. i found the water pressure in the shower good.
the floor creaked a lot. it was very noisy when someone walked around. i also found the tram outside quite loud

The location was convenient, close to transport links and easy to find. the room was clean. staff helped with luggage storage. This made my travel smoother.

surprised by the hotel
big room useful suite great location
the room was bigger then expected. my room had a good kitchenette included microwave. it also included fridge and sink and I was surprised by it. the location is very great, a few minutes walking to a station with buses and trains.
the tv makes noise. i just had to unplug it.

luggage storage easy walk clean place great location
I used the luggage storage. It was very handy while i explored. it was an easy walk from heuston station. the place seemed clean and tidy. the location was great.
the noise from the trams running past the window was noticeable at times.

The location was convenient for heuston station. the staff let me store my luggage before check-in. the room had a kettle. I really appreciated this for making tea.

friendly staff great location easy access
i found the staff very friendly. the location was great because it was just across from heuston station. taking the bus to the airport was easy from there. i was also able to leave my bags without any problems.
the rooms seemed to lack proper soundproofing, and i could hear a lot of noise from outside. with the tram right outside the window, sleeping comfortably was difficult. it was either quiet and hot or noisy with the window open.
